Chun Keat has more than 20 years of audit and assurance working experience with IRAS, Deloitte, PWC, Grant Thornton and RT LLP. In recent years, Chun Keat specializes in IPOs and has completed numerous listings on various capital markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, United States and the United Kingdom.
Chun Keat was also involved in audits of SGX, Bursa Malaysia and US Nasdaq issuers as well as non-profit organizations. Meng Yeow is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and is a registered public accountant of good standing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) since 2008.
Meng Yeow has over 20 years of audit and assurance working experience with Big 4 accounting firms. During his time, Meng Yeow was involved in audits of multi-national corporations, government linked corporations, government linked corporations, listed companies, statutory boards and privately owned companies spanning a wide range of industries.

Mabel is a Chartered Accountant (CA), authorised to practise as a public accountant in Singapore and a fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). She also served as an honorary treasurer of a church in Singapore.
Mabel has over 20 years of public accounting experience in Singapore serving both multinationals and local listed companies in Deloitte. Her extensive experience spans across several industries such as Media & Telecommunications, Retail / Consumer Business, Financial Services and Technology. She also has experience in reporting accountant work for the listing of companies on the Singapore Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In addition, she has advisory experience on IFRS implementation, advising client on the impact of new accounting standards on their existing business model and to develop practical solutions to achieve their commercial perspective.

Jason has more than 15 years of audit experience. He specializes in audit in Singapore and China. He has been involved in audit advisory services in public listed companies, multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises.
His industries experiences cover manufacturing, technology, trading, and services. He is also involved in IPO projects where the firm functions as reporting and component accountants and due-diligence reviews for clients making significant investment acquisitions.
