Adrian is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and is a registered public accountant of good standing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority since 2012.

Adrian has more than 20 years of audit and assurance working experience with EY, PWC, KPMG and Grant Thornton.  During his time, Adrian was involved in audits of multi-national corporations, government linked corporations, listed companies, statutory boards and privately owned companies spanning a wide range of industries.  Adrian also specializes in initial public offerings and has extensive experience listing companies on various capital markets such as SGX, Bursa Malaysia, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, UK AIM, NYSE and NASDAQ.

Su Chun Keat

Chun Keat is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Chun Keat has more than 20 years of audit and assurance working experience with IRAS, Deloitte, PWC, Grant Thornton and RT LLP.  Chun Keat was involved in audits of MNCs, GLCs, listed companies, statutory boards as well as privately owned companies. In recent years, Chun Keat specializes in IPOs and has completed numerous listings on various capital markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, United States and the United Kingdom.

Chun Keat was also involved in audits of SGX, Bursa Malaysia and US Nasdaq issuers as well as non-profit organizations. Chun Keat was the audit partner for several listed companies in Malaysia and Singapore of various industries that include manufacturing, IT, property development, mining and forestry.

Jerome Ooi

Jerome is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a registered public accountant with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore (ACRA) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. He graduated from university with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and subsequently completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Jerome had previously worked in international public accounting firms. He had been involved in providing external and internal audit services for small-medium enterprises and public listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia and United States of America. These companies cover a wide spectrum of industries including manufacturing, trading, retailing, real estate development, engineering, fund management companies, etc.

Ben Sam

Ben is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). He is also a Certified Practicing Accountant of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

He has more than 13 years of audit and assurance working experience involved in IPOs/audits in various industries which included manufacturing industry of shoes/apparels, IT and agriculture. Ben has led successful IPOs on the Frankfurt stock exchange and NYSE prior to joining Assentsure.

Ben is the person in charge of audit and assurance service for US-Nasdaq companies and corporate restructuring.

Jason Lam

Jason has more than 15 years of audit experience. He specializes in audit in Singapore and China. He has been involved in audit advisory services in public listed companies, multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises.

His industries experiences cover manufacturing, technology, trading, and services. He is also involved in IPO projects where the firm functions as reporting and component accountants and due-diligence reviews for clients making significant investment acquisitions.

Jason is also our director of corporate secretarial and transactional services.
